Who's teaching?  Dr. Julie Granger PT, DPT, SCS, WHC is an Integrative Women's Health Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy Board-Certified in Sports Physical Therapy. She's an internationally-known female athlete guru fluent in speaking "teenager."
